Welcome to this public consultation in relation to a proposed residential development at the Land East of Barbers Lane, Martley. This website sets out a proposed vision for the site which includes the delivery of up to 80 new homes, open space, allotments and play facilities.

You are invited to make comments for us to consider before we proceed further with the design of the proposed development and in advance of the submission of any future planning application.
Please note that this exercise is separate from the statutory consultation that Malvern Hills District Council will conduct once the planning application has been submitted and validated. This will provide a further opportunity to make comments on the proposals direct to the Council.
